Norwood, MA – March 1, 2006 – Open Channel Solutions (OCS), the leader in software entitlement management solutions, today announced that it has entered in a partnership with Reprise Software Inc. to provide an off-the-shelf back office license and entitlement management solution for the Reprise License Manager (RLM) product.  The partnership allows Reprise and OCS to offer customers an end-to-end licensing solution.
